Grief and healing

Remember little one, as my sufferings mounted I soon realized that there are two ways in which I could respond to my situation — either to react with bitterness or seek to transform the suffering into a creative force. I decided to follow the latter course!

  1. Suffering from us can do two things. It can completely distort us or make us a beautiful human being. Suffering destroys some and makes some people powerful and beautiful. Those who possess consciousness will become better people, those who do not have it will be a deformed shell of being. That is what I could notice so far. I am not saying that suffering is needed to be a better person, but if that already happens, then it is better to choose with the strength of will and consciousness so that it does not break us. It is not always simple and easy. but it is possible.
I like the simplicity of your writing and thinking. It takes a lot of ‘inner knowledge’ to do that.A lot of love
