What happened to the Colgan’s???

What happened to the Colgan’s? That is a very good question and one I know many of you are asking…… It has been a challenging, life threatening, emotionally exhausting, destiny altering kind of year.

I was dying…Everything within myself was telling me this truth……I lost my health, I lost my face, I endured more pain than any person should ever have to suffer, I lost my child for a season, I lost my home, many believed I had lost my mind…………But I was not crazy…. come to find out we were living in toxic mold, coupled with a gas leak, and possibly also coupled with the long term effects of lyme disease which I may have contracted in Australia 19 years ago…… Then, after being misdiagnosed, I was held against my will in a Los Angeles mental facility, for 11 days!!!! BTW: they still will not release any of my paperwork on the reasons why I was imprisoned…….A few days after being released we were then forced to leave our home and left homeless.

5 Days after we left our apartment I miraculously began to heal. Within one month of starting Young Living Essential Oils I was completely healed – and we have all the blood lab work results to show!

In the next few months I will begin to share the details of our story. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. You can also join us at  www.weareabundancetribe.com/member/Amy-Boyer-Colgan . Please share this with friends and family walking through difficult times…… I get it…. Life sucks during seasons…. but it can and will get better!

Sounds like a movie trailer… Doesn’t it? I haven’t even scratched the surface of this journey. Back in January I wrote in my journal that I needed to remember the apostle Paul’s journey….. Remember little one, shipwrecks are scary. Snakebite are painful. But they can be divine detours! These shipwrecks and snakebite make us who we are.

  3. Amy, this fascinating piece has me so intrigued, I have to find out more! What happened to you sounds unreal and definitely too much for a person to contend with. But you did! You sound as though things are now really improving for you and your family and I only hope they keep on doing that.

    1. Thank you for joining me on this journey. I will start writing more. Healing and learning to document all of our crazy adventures. I have a lot more stories. I am learning not to fear telling them.
